The Boarding at VCA El Mirage offers luxury, state of the art facilities providing pampered boarding for your pets. Accommodations include large indoor runs, and non-slip flooring. Dogs are walked four times a day in our spacious landscaped enclosed yard. Cats are housed in a separate area, away from barking dogs, to reduce stress. Our cattery features spacious cat condos for relaxing, eating and play. We provide comfortable bedding, immaculate housekeeping and two meals daily. Our guests receive daily exercise, love, and attention. We accommodate visitors with medical needs. Our well-trained, caring staff provide loving care for your pets.

    Dr. Robert Waltman is a true native of Arizona being born and raised in the west valley. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University in 1998 and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University in 2002. Dr. Waltman is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association and the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association. He and his lovely wife have 2 wonderful children. His hobbies include leatherwork, fly fishing, and traveling with the family.

    Dr. Kelsey Owen received her Bachelor of Science degree and graduated with honors from Washington State University. Dr. Owen earned her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine degree at Washington State University in 2010. After graduating, she completed her internship at our specialty hospital VCA Animal Referral and Emergency Center of Arizona in Mesa. Dr. Owen is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, the Arizona Veterinary Medical Association and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Dr. Owen is a native of the state of Washington. She enjoys spending time with her 5 cats and her Border Collie, Sis.
